This African elephant herd was at Longleat in England.
The Elephant’s trunk is an amazing tool. There are 150,000 muscle groups that run through the trunk and contains no bones or cartilage. It is flexible enough to allow the elephant to pick up small item as well as large things. They drink water with it, spray dust over their bodies, breathe and communicate.
Indian Elephant – eye to eye.
The African Elephant has larger ears than the Asian Elephant.
